    Food came out cold and took a very long time. It was extremely loud and I couldn't hear conversation at our own table. Server came by only once and we had to find him to pay. Terrible experience we will not be back.

    yo i got wings and 30 minutes later they came out cold. they weren't even good. my ma got a buffalo chicken sando and they didn't even put buffalo on it. dude never came by to even give me a refill and the bacon was like eating jerky. everything except my drink was just gross. don't come here.

    Extremely disappointed with the lack of follow-up regarding a youth hockey fundraiser. On July 1, 2026, our family and members of our community participated in a Buffalo Wild Wings dining fundraiser benefiting my son’s youth hockey team. We supported the event because we were told that a portion of the proceeds would be donated back to the team. Unfortunately, the issue has been everything that happened after the fundraiser. I have made multiple attempts to contact the restaurant and get an update regarding the fundraiser proceeds. I have called, followed up, and even have a case number, CCC11517754, associated with the issue. Despite all of this, I have not been able to get anyone to return my calls or provide a meaningful explanation. It has now been over three months since the fundraiser, and I am still trying to get someone to simply communicate with me about what happened. This is incredibly frustrating, especially when the fundraiser was for a youth hockey organization and families took the time to participate specifically to support these kids. I understand that mistakes can happen. What is most disappointing is the complete lack of communication and follow-through. If there was an issue processing the donation, I would have been perfectly willing to work with the restaurant to resolve it. But repeatedly reaching out and receiving no response is not acceptable. Buffalo Wild Wings had the opportunity to support our youth hockey team through this fundraiser, and unfortunately, the follow-up has been extremely disappointing. I am leaving this review because my attempts to resolve the matter privately have gone unanswered. I am simply asking for accountability and communication. Please have someone contact me and resolve this matter.

    The ultimate nachos are a waste of money. Ordered them with chicken, what was there looked like cat food. 100 tvs and only two had the Bears game on. The service was no existent.

    About 4 weeks ago we went here for the first time. To be honest, I've been pretty disappointed a second time which has prompted me to write this. I've been here just over 6 months and by far this has been one of the least enjoyable dining experiences at any B-Dub's I've been to. A lot of what I read from others about this location rang true for me as well. My first time there we sat at the bar. We chose to sit at the bar because we were ignored for what seemed an exorbitant amount of time. Meaning we gave up waiting and just walked to the bar. We were similarly ignored and sat there for roughly 25 minutes before the one bartender finally acknowledged us and apologized for taking so long. Making note of the fact three high tops were occupied and one other patron was at the bar. It was not a particularly busy night. I'd estimate that place was about ¼ to ⅓ full. The bartender wasn't behind the bar for most of the time we waited and no they were not slinging drinks or taking orders. They just were nowhere to be seen. Our orders were taken after another 15 or so munutes after being acknowledged. We had time enough to have 2 beers each when food did finally arrive, which was properly cold. Everything. Was. Cold. It's on us but we didn't complain. After having to wait as long as we did, we dreaded asking for them to resolve the issue. It was late, we were now very hungry, and we didn't wait to wait that long again so, we just dug in. We notice that the chicken was barely sauced and it was also hard to the point of crunchy. We genuinely questioned if it had been out as long as we waited and not under a heat lamp. We finished up, didn't tip and carried on. Our sending trip was just this past Thursday 9/24/26 on a game night. Packers V Falcons and the mod 4th quarter. It was busy initially but mostly people were clearing out. The hostess was pretty rude after I had asked her to repeat herself, she could hardly be heard over a whisper. We got passed off and sat down at a regular table. A good 20 minutes went by before our server stopped in and said he'd be back. He did pop in pretty quickly after and asked if we'd like a drink. We ordered and they arrived in a reasonable amount of time. We ordered food and waited........ and waited.......... and waited. We waited to the point where I finally saw another server and asked if he'd be willing to check on our order. Food arrived not too long after that. It wasn't hot, it wasn't cold, but it really looked like it was just tossed on the trays with zero care, no indication or separation on what sauce was what. You could tell there was zero care as to how it landed on the tray. We ordered an appetizer that had sliderz, pretzel knots if that want you want to call them, mozzarella sticks and the potato rounds. All we're pretty darn cold and just slung about on the tray. I'm not worried about fine dining experience at Buffalo wild wings but you couldn't make a dish look more unappealing with the way it was presented. Afterwards we paid and finally decided we just weren't ever going to come back because both time were genuinely lackluster. I certainly hope this helps you decide if you're going to eat here tonight and just skip it because it takes a long time, the food is subpar and the service is quite lacking and friendless. Again it's not very expensive but $60.41 to feel ignored and given disappointment on a metal tray is grotesquely unappealing.
