I stood for a long time looking at the ice cream and then waiting at the cash register. Even the employee who seemed to be on break and sitting in the customer area didn't say anything. Staff who waited on me was not very friendly. When I finally did get my scoop in a cup it was a measly scoop for $5. When I went outside to my car all the staff were standing outside the back door including the person who had waiting on me. Ice cream was fine, but I probably won't be going to this location again.

I was asking to PAY for the sundae and receive LESS product. Apparently leaving toppings off is just too complicated. Absolutely ridiculous customer service and zero common sense.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.

How do I redeem my guest survey coupon?
