- HMHails MayleApr 2, 20261.0If I could give a 0 star I would. Im normally not picky at all but I made this order hours ago and this entire time it said they were preparing my order. When my dasher gets there. He was the one who told me they claimed they were all out of everything I ordered. Not only waisting his time, but also mine. If I was notified right away it wouldnt be a issue. But a 2 and a half hour wait for any update is unnecessary. Definitely dont recommend this location.

I went yesterday and ordered through the app, and when I got to the store they said they had no ice cream, and couldn't refund me (As of writing this, I still haven't gotten a refund). There are frequently problems in store too. It's by far the worst location around for both Dunkins and Baskin Robbins

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
