  Visited 7 brew in East Peoria for the first time and had the absolute best ordering experience ever from Selena! I think this is the first time that I have NEVER had to repeat my order (because my orders are never easy) and left laughing and looking forward to the rest of my day. My only hope is to see Selena again in the drive thru and Selena if you’re reading this - the pumpkin banana bread blondie was AMAZING 10/10 recommend!

  Out of the 10 times(probably more)I been there and the 25+ drinks that I ordered this is my first bad review. I go to order the cookie butter chiller and and energy before I headed to work tonight, she handed me the drink and it didn't look right at all, so I pulled over to the side to take a sip and almost threw up, so I kindly pull back around and let them know that the coffee taste burnt or something, she proceeds to tell me that they ran out of Carmel( which i believe that should have been stated as i was ordering my drink) and use SF Carmel instead, so I ask for it to be remade but sub with regular White chocolate, she brought the drink back out and I still tasted the burnt taste, (mind you I try to get cookie butter every visit, so i know what it should taste like). I'll stick to everything but the coffee if they cant make it right.

  Experienced seven brew lover and coffee drinker. Waited for the hype to die down because I wasn’t waiting in that line! Anyway went today got my usual ice white chocolate mocha which I always get at any location (Indiana and Kentucky now Illinois) the drink was absolutely disgusting. No mocha flavor at all the drink itself tasted like the coffee was hot and poured over ice (if ya know ya know)! I of course will go back just disappointed that the first taste of them in my hometown and it was absolutely disgusting took 2 drinks and threw the rest of my large away. My boyfriend got a pumpkin spice and was giving a pumpkin roll latte which is fine he was content with the fact it was pumpkin! I did tell him though I’d rather go to dunkin where the coffee actually taste good especially with the price paid!

  1-star first impression. What a disaster. 7 Brew just opened, so I figured I’d give them a chance. I ordered a large Green Apple Sugar-Free Energy with LIGHT ICE, because I’m sensitive to sugar. Instead, I was handed a Caramel Appl, which I absolutely HATE. I told them they gave me the wrong drink and asked for the Green Apple Sugar-Free Energy I actually ordered. They took it back, and I swear they just mixed the shit together and handed it back to me. It still tasted like the Caramel Apple. If I wanted that nasty-ass drink, I would have ordered it myself. And can we talk about the “LIGHT ICE”? DOES THIS LOOK LIKE LIGHT ICE?! Apparently, “light ice” at 7 Brew means fill the entire damn cup with ice. The biggest issue is that I specifically ordered sugar-free because I’m sensitive to sugar, yet my order was completely screwed up from the beginning. At that point, I have absolutely no confidence that I even received what I ordered. You just opened, and this is when you’re supposed to be making a good first impression. Instead, I left annoyed with a drink I didn’t order, didn’t want, and couldn’t even trust was made correctly. Wrong drink. Wrong flavor. Questionable sugar content. Definitely NOT light ice. What an impressively bad first experience. 🤦‍♀️

  I went Wednesday and my drinks were correct, however it seemed like staff were stressed with getting drinks in order as people were getting their drinks in random order. I went today for swag day which seemed way busier due to the event. Man oh man they were killing it! I expect mishaps for some time after opening but it was a night and day difference within a short period of time. I actually went twice today and everything appeared to be running smoothly. Everyone was doing a phenomenal job!
