    One of the worst experiences I’ve had at Dunkin’. I came around 8:39 this morning, and the man on the intercom already had an attitude, cutting me off while I was ordering and rudely saying they only had croissants and bagels. When I asked him to repeat himself, he responded with even more attitude. Then when I got my food, my hash browns were completely burnt and black. I came back to the window and waited while nobody acknowledged me, and an employee outside smoking a cigarette had to tell someone inside. The lady who finally came over looked at the hash browns and acted like they weren’t burnt instead of apologizing, then gave me another order that was still burnt. The customer service was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional from start to finish. I definitely will not be coming back to this location.

    Today I visited this Dunkin and it was the worst experience ever. La Shawn and the cashier at the window 5/2/26 at 8:30am rude and unprofessional. If I could give a zero for service I would. I entered the drive through with teen cheerleaders in my car and of course they are undecided about their drinks. La Shawn became very agitated that we couldn’t make up our minds. She completely stopped talking after two minutes she says is that all pull forward. When I got to the window to pay I paying with tap and my food was handed to me. As every customer I checked my bag to make sure I had all of the food. Lashawn said in a rude manner can you leave the window you are running up my customer service time I have to complete each service in a timely manner, she stated you already took too long ordering. I was very offended as I am a consumer spending money and have the right to view the menu. There was no other cars behind us we were the only cars. I responded to Lashawn it’s no other cars in line. Lashawn stated well can you please leave the window my customer service time is over the limit. When I drove off the girls checked the food the bacon was so cold the grease was white. All the food was cold even the hash browns. They intentionally did not give us warm food. Because I didn’t want conflict with two aggressive staff I did not go back to complain. These two women were aggressive in tone, rude and I will never visit this establishment again. If you don’t enjoy working with the public you should find another job. The behavior was unacceptable, unwarranted and disrespectful. But who am I just another customer!

    the same lady with dreads will mess up your order every time and be disrespectful when taking your order. how is it my fault you can’t hear me the correct way at the drive through when i said my order LOUD AND CLEAR?

    I ordered a box of Joe and 2 dozen donuts, two mornings in a row for a training session I am attending out of my area. These morning employees work like a fine oiled machine! They are so nice to one another and customers while busy as heck. I appreciate the good experience they provided while I was away from home - Thank you! Keep it up people do notice😀

    I came through the drive thru to order an iced matcha latte with light ice. I get to the window then paid and I was handed a ice matcha latte with a cup full of ice I politely asked for a remake from the guy at the window when a worker from the back named Jasmine 1181576 yelling at me and arguing with me telling me to pull around and double check the picture that it is light ice a cup full of ice arguing and yelling ridiculously. I then request a refund and she snatches the card from my hand and throws it back at me.This is by far the worst customer service I’ve experienced in my life never again will I return this is so sad
