  They had a total of 3 customers.I waited 15 mins in drive thru and they still didn't take my order I had to pull off

  I placed a mobile order and went down to pick it up. The app instructed me to pull into a stall and enter the stall number. I sat and waited for over 20 minutes for my food to come out. I went back home for all of us to eat, and the food was absolutely terrible. I spent over $30 for the food to be garbage. I will not be returning.

  Placed an order through drive through, had repeated the same slushy customization three times. When I drove around to pick up my order, it wasn’t even close to what I ordered. I’m allergic to peach, never ordered it with peach, yet they chose to add that instead of the vanilla flavoring. I had to pitch the entire order. If they were out of ingredients I appreciate being informed rather than getting some random other thing that could potentially kill me.

  waited 30m to get a single combo, this was my first time at sonic and ill never be back, this was the worst experience ive ever had with any resturaunt ever.

  Worst fast food experience in my life. Forgot half our order and the half they didn’t forget was all made wrong and cold. She had to bring it out in 3 trips because every time I tried to talk what is missing in she would just walk away mid sentence. Super clear she hated her job. We were the only ones in line. lol Laughably bad. Never going here again
