  Didn't get one of my pretzel and cheeses and they gave be a burger with everything on it and it was supposed to be plain. I waited 30 minutes and I tipped.😭

  After placing an order we waited 40+ minutes until the realized they forgot about us. After realizing, they finally brought us our cold food and melted slushies.

  I’ve never seen a slower Sonic in my life. I waited twenty minutes for a root beer float, before driving off. How long does it take to put some ice cream and soda in a cup?

  Horrible. Ordered online ahead of time to avoid the wait and it took over 20 minutes. One boy working while a grown man is sitting outside smoking while this teen is stressed out. Saw him ask another car if my order was for them. They said no, yelled at him, then drove off. Saw multiple people leaving and getting frustrated. I would’ve left had I of already not paid already. Poor management and only one teenager who is giving an effort and stressing out with the adults slacking off.

  Waited over 30 minutes for food to be told each time I pressed the red button “it will be out shortly.” Alex kept telling me this, and after he FINALLY brought it out, he forgot my burger and fries. I pressed the button again, and he confused my name with some other person. He acted clueless to me not having my burger and fries, but then said “oh, here it is.” He then brought it out and stood next to my car for 30 seconds expecting a tip. This used to be my childhood place to go, but after this I won’t be here again.
