  i went to the store in person and tried to order soft serve, and they said no to me claiming they were “out”. 10 seconds later i see 2 employees make an order of soft serve. so instead i ordered a kids scoop and asked for it with whipped cream. they forgot the whipped cream. tried to give the a second chance on doordash… my order (a shake) took over an hour and a half to arrive, and when it did, it was not even mixed (i got chocolate but the shake was like still had vanilla), and they put an actual quarter sized drop of whipped cream on it.

  Trinity is such a hard worker! She is constantly doing something and getting stuff done! I love when she takes my orders she’s so kind and patient she knows exactly what flavors of ice cream to recommend she never lets me down! One of your best workers!
