  This place is by far the worse McDonal’s I have ever been in. They got my order wrong 3 times even after I showed them the receipt and explained what I ordered they kept making same wrong sandwich. They were so focused on mapping the floor than helping customers. I stopped in with my son and figured grab something for lunch. It so bad when thy repeat back your order by you end up with something else.

  I don’t know what’s been going on with this location, but the wait times are honestly ridiculous. It’s supposed to be fast food, not somewhere you’re stuck waiting forever for a basic order. Even when it’s not that busy, it still takes way longer than it should. But the biggest issue is how dirty it always is. Almost every time I come in, the tables are covered in crumbs, spills, or just straight up not wiped down at all. The floors look sticky and like they haven’t been properly cleaned in hours, and the trash cans are usually overflowing. It honestly makes you question how well anything else is being handled behind the counter. The whole place just feels unsanitary and poorly maintained. You can definitely tell when certain managers are running things. I hear the regular male manager’s name might be Ricardo, but I could be wrong. Either way, when he’s in charge, things tend to feel more chaotic and less put together. I will say Jimmy is one of the only employees who actually seems to care. He’s polite, moves with urgency, and makes the experience a little better. Overall though, this location really needs serious improvement.

  If I could give zero stars i definitely would. You can tell this location is severely understaffed and doesn’t train their employees and money hungry. The prices ran up on everything and the employees are secretly trying to drive the prices up on meals making everything expensive it’s ridiculous.

  Whoever was working at 9:30pm on 03/26/26 was so rude. Never been charged for water at any McDonalds and simply just asked about it at the window. She didn’t even let me finish talking and right away said no if I didn’t want it anymore with an attitude. If you don’t like your job don’t work there.

  Ordered the new big arch on the kiosk. After sitting waiting for 10 minutes, walked up to the counter and waited another minute for someone walking by to hail down and ask what the problem was. After some research they determined that the employee working the front left for the day without filling my order. 5 minutes later, I got my lukewarm, mushy, reheated via microwave arch. No apologies. No coupon. No wonder there were no cars in the drive through and only another couple eating inside at noon on a Saturday. Sad
