  Mouse poop found in the wrapper of my sandwich. I have pictures. They will have to clean it spotless in the next day or so because the health department is going to hear about it .

  I had a terrible experience. I ordered online with Apple Pay and believed my order had already been paid for. When it was delivered to my job, I was told I still needed to pay in cash. I explained that I only needed a few minutes to check my bank statement because I did not want to be charged twice. Instead of giving me that opportunity, manager James Philip repeatedly called my workplace, was rude to my coworkers, and handled the situation in a very unprofessional manner. While I was actively trying to contact the store to resolve the issue, he chose to involve the police over what was clearly a misunderstanding. If my payment had not gone through, I do not understand why my order was delivered in the first place. I have ordered from Jimmy John’s many times, but after this experience I will not be returning.

  I didn’t get to order anything, the two ladies in the front didn’t acknowledge I was standing there so I went back to my car. Not sure if it was because of me being black but, after I walked out a white guy got waited on right away, and was out the store before I pulled off, so I went back in the store to ask for the manager, and one of the ladies at the front said she was the manager, so, I just didn’t waste my time and just left and went to the jimmy John’s 8 mins away.

  went past yesterday evening, the store was pretty messy and the servers were less than desirable, food was alright
