  I’m not the type of person to write a bad review but this experience was so unprofessional. I recently visited this Dunkin’ Donuts on a Thursday, April 23 I don’t Know the name of the lady who was closing. I went into this Dunkin’ about 15 minutes before closing, not realizing they were about to close. I politely asked for a banana cloud latte and a doughnut. From the beginning, the employee had an attitude and was difficult to understand. When I received my drink, it was made with protein milk, which I did not ask for. I calmly let her know and asked if she could remake it. She refused and became visibly upset, speaking quickly and getting rowdy in a way that was hard to understand. The situation escalated unnecessarily, and was Basically kicked out of the store along with another lady . At no point was I disrespectful I was just asking for my order to be made correctly. I understand it was close to closing time, but that doesn’t justify refusing to fix a mistake or treating a customer this way. This experience was uncomfortable embarrassing, and disappointing. Never have I ever experienced something like this. 8$ down the drain couldn’t even get a refund.

  We stop here for our bacon,egg and cheese on a bagel for our trip up to the northwoods.They are always cooked perfectly. Great coffee. The breakfast deal is a super bargain.

  did not give me an everything bagel when i asked for it. then proceeded to say they were out of everything bagels, but did not tell me this information when i was ordering. i dont even like plain bagels. and wouldnt let me in the bathroom

  Only 1 worker, could barely what was being said… also made me use the men’s restroom as a women! But overall food is good!

  If you want to be humiliated for just a sandwich, please visit this location! The lack of humility is their specialization! Customer is always wrong here! Place an order and they don’t own up their mistakes instead will see the shameful attitude and owner is definitely will eat your money!!! Welcome to Dunkin at Woodward!
