  I usually have zero problems with this Chiptole location. I always do pick up orders for myself and my coworkers and it's usually ready and everything is fine. Today I sadly had an experience that has made me decide to never come back to this location. I had a pickup order for 11:50- long story short didn't get my order until 12:10. There were a line of us waiting for our pickup orders while 6 employees stared at us. The manager was not helping anyone. She actually rolled her eyes when someone approached asking what was going on. I don't know what's going on but it's a shame. I really did come here all the time. My advice is don't do a pick up order here.

  I came in for lunch in a good mood. The service was great, and I had no issues at all. However, when I started eating, I found a hair in my food. It was a black, very curly hair, so it looked like it could have been either a beard hair or a pubic hair. It definitely wasn’t mine — my hair is short and gray, and I don’t have a beard at all.

  Tonight the mobile order line was longer than the the regular line. I got a notification on my phone that my food was ready almost 10 minutes before it actually was. Despite not being busy and having plenty of employees doing busy work myself and others were standing around waiting by the mobile order shelf waiting for our food. I was notified of my food being ready at 7:40 on Sunday August 30.

  The food is good ( obviously) the problem is with the ordering. If it says it's ready and you show up and have to wait in line, then why use the app? Should find a way to make the app timing more reliable

  I'll start off by saying that the bowls we received tonight were great and filled to the max. This was pleasant surprise as I'm used to other locations barely putting on any toppings. That being said, I did request some guacamole on the side and was told that there wasn't any. Which was fine and I understood if that was the case. However, I then watched that same employee take the lid off the chafing dish at the end that was 3/4 full with guacamole and put some in a bowl for the customers in front of me. The other employee at the register looked at me and said that they needed to save that guacamole for vegetarian customers. I would have have been more accepting of this if they were 30 min from closing, but this was an hour and a half before closing time. I used to work in the restaurant industry and we would never do this to a customer.
