They don’t feel they don’t make the Customer feel value at all. Sanitary is a concern. People walking behind the thing asking questions. Nobody’s answers being answered very brushed off. food looks thrown together when you get it I can never eat my lunch on time no matter if I order it 40 minutes if I order it through a app or if I come in, it’s just a ridiculous if I get the same excuse every time oh, we’re swamped I place this order over 45 minutes ago. It’s no reason it should not be done. Or why aren’t you even saying oh sorry about that. We are going through something or short staffed you get no reason at all just very blunt. There’s very attitude very but I guess that is the young people running the show. It’s no discipline in this location at all or any customer service of management and I will be reporting this to a better business there because this stuff has to be stopped and it’s not OK to treat valuable customers this way that’s paying their money and I still haven’t got my food and I had to just walk out because I have a job that I had to get back to you nor did I get a refund just was told that we’re swamped

She asked what items I would be ordering, she changed her gloves as well as all of the spoons and utensils she would be using. She went above and beyond. I thanked her and told her that nobody else has ever done this much at any other restaurant. Thank you again for taking the time to make sure everything was safe for me to eat!
