  Out of all the years I’ve been coming here it’s clear to me they won’t never hire someone at the front desk with good customer service. They hang up on u. Dont greet u when u come in. It sucks going somewhere that don’t appreciate they customer. Made the decision today to never come back. Food is great just not good customer service.

  Their food was so terrible. Never ever have I ever had something so disgusting. The food had no seasoning. My son order chicken burrito for myself the meat tasted old and no seasoning, he ordered himself steak fries and 2 steak taco ones again no seasoning and that cheese is not real cheese. If I can give no stars I would. People's don't waste your money. This place is horrible. They need to be close down.

  I only been to this place twice and they jerk chicken taco on pita bread is a hit with the elote. No complaints over here . Stave was friendly and patient and I got a coupon to save on my next purchase. thanks.

  I had the chicken nachos w/everything (tortilla chips … stale, canned cheese, no guacamole, jalapeño peppers, no salsa) & steak burrito dinner. For me, it was not authentic Mexican as I’ve eaten from other establishments and Hispanic friends… the food and seasonings are a variation on certain dishes. I applaud the owners for stepping out on their vision of opening a Mexican restaurant. I tried it. I’ll pass.

  Ordered nachos and asked for jalapeños on half. The cashier stated they would give a sample size of jalapeños on the side. When I asked for the amount that would come on the dish, I was told it would be .54 cent extra. When asked could I speak to a manager, it was said there was no one available other than herself and the cook to address concerns. Essentially, I would have been paying for toppings TWICE considering the meal was paid for. The lack of having a manger on duty to address concerns is disappointing and concerning, leaving customer issues unresolved. The customer service has declined in ability and can use improvement
