  I really didn’t want to leave this review because I genuinely like Chipotle, but this location has disappointed me enough times that I felt I should say something. When I walked in around 4:00 PM (well after the lunch rush), the garbage cans were overflowing, there was water on the floor near the drink station, and several tables were dirty. I stood at the ordering counter for about five minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Multiple employees looked my way, but no one called someone over to help or came to take my order. Once I was finally served, the food line looked rough. Several pans were nearly empty, some of the food looked like it had been sitting out for quite a while, and the serving line itself was dirty. The portions were also noticeably smaller than what I’ve received at other Chipotle locations. My wife’s burrito bowl ended up looking about half full. If this were a one-time experience, I wouldn’t be writing this review. Unfortunately, this has been my fourth visit to this location, and each visit has been worse than the last. I love Chipotle because it’s one of the few healthier fast-food options, and I genuinely want this restaurant to succeed. If there were another Chipotle nearby, I would probably choose to go there instead. I’m not claiming to be a restaurant expert, but I am a business owner. From my perspective, this location seems to need stronger management, better employee training, clearer operating procedures, improved cleanliness standards, and better attention to keeping the food line stocked, fresh, and presentable. The experience consistently feels below the standard I’ve come to expect from Chipotle. I hope someone from corporate takes this location seriously. It has the potential to be a great restaurant, but in its current state it needs significant improvement.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ I was very disappointed with my experience at Chipotle. The restaurant was messy, the service felt rushed, and my order was not made correctly. The food was cold by the time I received it, and the portions were much smaller than expected. For the price, I expected better quality and attention to detail. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet my expectations, and I would think twice before returning.

  Absolutely filthy. The Lee County health department should look at them. Every table was dirty with food and the trash cans were so full I couldn't put anything further in it. It's also a bit expensive for fast food.
