  Absolutely filthy. The Lee County health department should look at them. Every table was dirty with food and the trash cans were so full I couldn't put anything further in it. It's also a bit expensive for fast food.

  Stopped by about 2:30 on a weekday afternoon. The service was slow, the chicken, beef, pork, & add ons were literally scraped from the bottom of the containers. Dry, tough, and soupy rather than fresh & tasty. This is a poorly run location. If they were all like this they would be out of business.

  This place won't last long in Dixon with how the place is run and almost never cleaned. Today you're out of cheese and veggies, yet charge the same price, while skimping on the rest of the ingredients (why are the bowls so big when you only fill them a quarter of the way?) Employees who don't care and are too lazy to make food properly, managers who can't manage anything (including ordering enough product so customers don't get ripped off by paying for things you never have) but sitting on their butt while kids run the store into the ground with unsanitary conditions, and an owner who didn't care about the community and serving them properly. Instead the owner is just worried about profits from high prices, missing items, etc. Dear owner, Your chipolte is the worst I've ever been to. It's dirty inside and these employees don't care. Must be how they are treated, improperly trained, and have worthless management, which really starts with you... The "owner".

  We visited today after what seems to be a crazy busy day! Everyone was level headed and welcoming! The food was good unfortunately because the the rush they were low or out of a lot of options. We will be back again! Staff was so nice.

  I have been to this location three times and only once have I gotten in good food out of it. By 8:00 at night they are out of a bunch of stuff. They will scrape and give you the crunchy rice that's stuck to the side of the container. The counter is always a disaster and dirty looking. I get it's a restaurant and then they make the food on the counter but wiping it down wouldn't hurt. The staff is super friendly And making do the best they can
