A mistake is forgivable—disrespect is not. This wasn’t just bad service; it was a complete failure of basic respect.
Think twice before coming here—you might regret it.
This was one of the most shocking and disrespectful experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant.
I ordered vegetarian food, but I received non-vegetarian items. For many people, this isn’t just a preference—it’s a serious religious and ethical boundary. The fact that they got this so wrong shows a complete lack of care, training, and respect.
But what happened next was even worse.
When I spoke with the manager about accountability, I felt met with hostility. No apology. No attempt to fix the issue. Instead, I was told to “GET OUT" for simply asking how they would correct THEIR mistake. Imagine being disrespected like that after THEY served you the wrong food.
It escalated to the point where the police were called. Let that sink in—a customer raises a legitimate concern, and instead of resolving it, they turn it into a scene.
This is beyond bad service—this is unacceptable, disrespectful, and deeply offensive. If you have any dietary restrictions, religious requirements, or expect even basic human decency, stay far away from this place, or STAY AWAY FROM TACO BELL
I am sharing this experience widely so others know how customers are treated here. This should never happen to anyone.
I strongly urge anyone with dietary or religious restrictions to AVOID this location or "AVOID TACO BELL", be cautious here. This experience should not happen to anyone.
I lost the TRUST in TACO BELL. If they can’t respect your food choices, they won’t respect you either.
