Definitely WILL NOT be ordering from the Mundelein location ever! I ordered online & got to the location nobody came til five minutes later she claimed she didn’t hear me come in yet she was nice. The place needs to be renovated it is not up to par to be in a nice area. Got home & the food was terrible!! Pizza was very dry, chicken had half of the sauce on it, cheese sticks were overcooked and dry. I was in total disbelief & will NEVER order from that location!!!

Not sure why there’s so many negative reviews. I picked up tonight and didn’t have any issues. Food was hot and ready on time. First time I’ve had Pizza Hut in a while but it was pretty good.

I ordered the breaded boneless chicken wings which were cut in half chicken nuggets. Overcooked, dry and tough. I ordered a pepperoni pizza tasted horribly. Threw the pizza and “wings” away and cooked my own dinner. Should have done that to begin with. Will not be visiting again.
