  I don’t mind waiting 20min for my meal with no line or customers. But getting my order completely wrong I can’t. I’m allergic to some ingredients and even in the order ticket it says to not add yet it was on my burger. I didn’t end up eating today. Going to Burger King

  Placed order on app at 10:10. I go through drive thru to pick up my order and I'm told they cannot make the order because I came 10:30 on the dot to pickup my order and I'm told i have to be there before 10:30. App does not indicate i have to be there a certain time. Their solution was for me to cancel my order and deal with it.They wouldn't let me speak to a manager. What is the point of the app to order ahead of time if they only make the order when I go to the pickup window and you have to be at the location before breakfast is over. Staff speak broken English. Great place if you speak Spanish but avoid if you only speak english. Poorly ran franchise. Pathetic!

  this McDonald's is absolutely horrible and a total rip off. it is the closest to our home so we have frequented it many many many times. and every time we try and give it a chance and they screw us. Especially on the amount of ice cream they give you, which is almost none. when asking why they don't put any ice cream in our cone they tell us McDonald's has lowered their standards. so we basically gave them our money for nothing. no ice cream problems at other locations. never again and I'm going to tell everybody about this establishment and the management doesn't care either. been to 20 other McDonald's and never a problem but this golf road location has been horrible absolutely horrible for years. so McDonald's you can thank the stingy manager at the golf road loc.that our family will never be back. why would we want to get taken to the cleaners so many times when there are so many other restaurants close by. enough is enough, get a clue golf road McDonald's.
