- PDP DMay 3, 20261.0This McDonalds has some of the poorest customer service I’ve ever seen. For some reason they always have cold stale fries and they do not like filling up beverages for some reason. When I go to other McD’s I never have this issue. What kind of company doesn’t fill up the cup when they serve drinks? They need to be reported to the higher ups for this because I’m sure McDonald’s corporate or the district manager would not appreciate this.

Took the lid off and it wasn’t even 3/4 full. Asked the guy at the window and he said this was normal and the machine was automatic. When home and scooped out the foam and it’s maybe 2/3 coffee. Will not be going back and will be getting my morning coffee fix elsewhere.
