The customer service was terrible. The item was supposed to cost $5.99 with a coupon, but it didn’t work. The cashier acted as if I couldn’t do anything about it . She even checked my phone repeatedly to see if the coupon was clipped.

Not sure if it's just the location or it's because there are 7 grocery stores within a 10mi radius from here, but it seems like all these grocery stores don't actually have a steady supply of natural groceries. They're all the frozen pizza box slop that you really shouldn't be eating on a daily basis. Seeing that in a center refrigerated container just packed with them felt wild. The factory processed chicken breast or pork chops are held at an extreme premium, and it's like they only have one available for show.

Senior Dirrctor & yougurt cups. I visited Jewel on Friday and spoke with the store director regarding the handmade yogurt cups. I asked why the Greek yogurt at this location does not come in a larger size. The director, Jennee (spelling may be incorrect), began explaining the difference between vanilla yogurt and Greek yogurt, even though that was not my question. I found this dismissive and somewhat offensive because I never asked for an explanation of yogurt types. I explained that I have been eating yogurt my entire life and that I purchase these yogurt cups from Jewel almost every day and have done so for over a year. When I raised concerns about the cup sizes and portions not being filled consistently, she immediately became defensive and insisted that “all stores are this size,” which I know is inaccurate based on my experience visiting other locations. Rather than listening to my concern, it felt as though she was focused on proving my observations wrong. I told her I planned to visit several stores to compare the cups and asked whether I should bring the information back to her. She responded, “I know about these cups in every store.” That response came across as dismissive and arrogant, especially since some stores clearly provide larger portions while others offer noticeably smaller amounts for the same price. During the interaction, another employee standing nearby said, “What she is trying to say…” even though the director had already made herself clear. As a senior director, there should be no need for another employee to step in and reinterpret her comments to a customer. What was also concerning was that within two days, the yogurt cups increased from $2.99 to $3.99. The timing of that change, immediately following my complaint, raised additional concerns regarding pricing consistency and who authorized the increase. The overall tone and demeanor throughout the interaction felt matter-of-fact and lacking in professionalism or customer service. A more appropriate response would have been something as simple as: “Thank you for your feedback. I’ll look into it,” or acknowledging that portion sizes may not always be consistent. Because I felt my concerns were dismissed, I took the time this weekend to visit nine Jewel locations, photograph the yogurt cups, save my receipts, and document the pricing differences. I also retained a short video clip from my interaction with the store director. For comparison, I recently purchased strawberries, yogurt, and granola elsewhere for under $12 — enough for nearly a week’s worth of servings — compared to paying nearly $4 at Jewel for a very small single-serving container. I was a loyal customer but I can not be loyal to a company who is voluntary trying to tell me what's the difference in vanilla yogurt and greek yogurt, when I clearly asked you "why the Greek yogurt is not in a larger size at this location" I refuse to listen to anyone who is talking about a healthy food, while also smelling like cigarette. The comprehension wasn't there because she did not care, you can tell in a person interaction, CAuse if she cared, when I mention the the cups not being filled she would have walked in the store. she just didn't care, and to busy showcasing her director position around her collegues. wonder if it would have been different if I was white. and I see you can not upload picture

Helpful staff. Deli people are very consistent and take pride in their job. The produce depth needs work! I'm always finding some mold on fruit and veggies there!
