  I'm sick and tired of this new trend of employees parking in front of their restaurants? There are only 4 prime spots in front of this place and the same 2 employees park there EVERYTIME they work. How does the management even allow that? Where's the shame or guilt? I'm there almost everyday and am annoyed that I can't get a primo spot by one of 2 doors because the "NY BEE" is too lazy or self-entitled to let paying customers have that spot? They should park on the row along Manheim road and walk a whole 30 feet over. It bothers me because the food there is awesome, I'm getting old, lazy and hate seeing places shed away customer service. I'll up my score to 5 stars if they make the employees park 30 feet over an leave those spots for customers, ty.

  It was my first time eating here, and I was hungry so I completely forgot to take pictures of my food 🤦🏽‍♀️Great service! They recommended the brisket and it on my nacho fries! The food was delicious and the interior design is beautiful! 🤩

  Great food and better staff. I came late night, right before closing. They were out of a few options but Joseph was super courteous, professional, and accommodating. turning what could have been a bad experience into great one. I've been here everyday I've been in Chicago and I'll probably go again tomorrow before I leave too .

  Today I got drive thru, and they were a bit behind on the fries, so they asked me to park at the front. But to make up for it, they gave me an additional order of fries, as well as free burrito coupons! Great service. Everyone here has been very friendly every time I have dined here!
