  The burgers are fantastic. I ask to have my fries will done, otherwise they're soft, but that's me. Parking can be frustrating, but there is a parking across the street.

  I would like to file a formal complaint regarding the manager, Rupert, at your store 09/17/2026. We placed an online order for pickup and, when we arrived, we lined up at the cashier because we also wanted to purchase drinks. Rupert told us that our order would take approximately 10–20 minutes, so we stepped away and waited for our order. What was concerning was that shortly afterward, a white customer came in and his order was taken right away. This was confusing and frustrating because we had just been told that we needed to wait. My friend then had to line up again separately just to purchase her drink. While we were eating, another Asian group came into the store and lined up at the cashier to place their order. Rupert again told them that they needed to wait approximately 20 minutes before he would take their orders. Seeing this happen to another group made us even more concerned about the way customers were being treated. Later, while we were eating, our group was talking and laughing together. We understand that we may have been somewhat loud, but instead of politely asking us to lower our voices, Rupert increased the volume of the store’s sound system to a level that made it difficult for us to have a conversation. We found this behavior unnecessary and disrespectful. I want to emphasize that the other employees were very nice, courteous, and helpful. My concern is specifically with Rupert’s behavior and the way he interacted with customers. A manager should set a positive example for the younger employees he supervises. Leadership should demonstrate professionalism, respect, fairness, and good customer service. It is disappointing to see a manager behave in a way that makes customers feel unwelcome, especially when the employees working under him were doing their best to be kind and helpful. I am asking your company to please review what happened 09/17/2026, including how orders were handled and Rupert’s interactions with customers. I would also appreciate knowing what steps will be taken to ensure that customers are treated consistently, respectfully, and professionally regardless of their background. I hope the company takes this complaint seriously. No customer should leave a store feeling that they were treated differently or deliberately made uncomfortable by a manager.

  Placed a mobile order. Went to the counter and asked for it. They told me to go to the pickup counter. I did. The app said my order was ready. I saw it sitting on a shelf. Sat there for over 5 mins waiting for someone to hand me my food. The employees are also very unfriendly and unwelcoming. My burgers also lacked flavor and freshness. Disappointing experience. Never coming back to Five Guys ever again.

  Soda machine calibration appears off......tried a few different options and the syrup ratio seemed off....
