- KGKimberly GarciaAug 9, 20261.0Very disappointed with the customer service at this location\. I went through the drive\-thru and the employee told me my total\. I heard $21 but couldn’t hear the change amount because my kids were being loud, so I politely asked, “I’m sorry, $21 what?” I already had my money in my hand and was literally holding it out to her, ready to pay\. When I asked again because I still couldn’t hear the change amount, she looked at me with what appeared to be a smirk, looked at another employee, turned around, and just walked away, leaving me there with my hand and money extended. Another employee came over to finish the transaction. I asked why she had been so rude and explained what happened. Instead of acknowledging it or simply saying, “I’m sorry about that,” he kept telling me that he had asked her to go make the drinks. When I asked for her name, he even questioned why I wanted to know before eventually giving me a name that sounded like Sanjay/Sunjay. I wasn’t rude or giving anyone a hard time. I simply couldn’t hear the exact total and asked for it to be repeated. There was absolutely no reason to treat a customer that way. A little basic courtesy and professionalism goes a long way. Very unpleasant experience. I will be definitely taking this to corporate.

They gave me a blended matcha? When I said brown sugar in it…I’m not sure what happened but for all 5 drinks to be incorrect is INSANE. Even the black tea had no sugar in it? When I asked for specific things in each drink.
- FFFrisoli1995Jul 4, 20261.0I order the same thing every time a turkey sausage and egg on croissant a couple times a week Togo cause im a driver. normally extremely hot temp wise but today the manager made it Conveniently as shes yelling at the employees for messing stuff and getting a bad review. she had made my sandwich within 30 seconds of me ordering and was on the counter… shoulda known then something was off cause normally takes a few minutes the overall thing was barely Luke warm i was the only customer so literally had all day to make it. Not very enthused especially cause she was yelling at her employees for making a mistake kinda upsetting should set good examples
