- MKmichael keck1 day ago5.0After seeing all these 1 star drive-thru reviews I had to experience this to myself and it was the best drive-thru experience I've ever had.. super fast, you can hear clear at the speaker, ask me if I needed ketchup etc gave me napkins even the correct big straw! If I lived near by id come here every morning so don't be scared of those reviews.
- KRKallam Pavan Reddy1 day ago1.0We visited through the drive-thru on May 19th at around 4:00 AM and ordered a Hazelnut Dunk Latte and an Oreo Matcha Latte. We specifically requested less ice in both drinks. When we received the drinks, it was obvious that they were still filled with around 75% ice. Before even leaving, I politely mentioned to the employee on shift that this was not “less ice” as requested. However, he responded arrogantly, saying that this is how less ice is for lattes, and refused to replace the drinks. This is not good customer service. When customers pay for a customization, they should receive what they actually ordered. I was not asking for an extra drink , I simply requested a replacement to match the order correctly. Management should please address this issue and speak with the employee who was on shift on May 19th around 4:00 AM.
