- SHSam Hamel2 days ago3.0I gave it five stars before because I really do love this place and I was visiting all the time in the last 5 years. The manager is amazing person but the problem is when he is not around everything changes. I started liking the day shift because the staff are very nice and they do everything good. In the last 2 years I noticed the night shift was the problem, during that time the place is very dirty. Nobody cleaning tables or the floor after people leave. I asked them one time if someone will to clean the table before I sit and the staff told me if you want we can give you the cleaning material and you do it yourself, my wife was shocked of the answer. When I order the same coffee during the day it come a little bit different taste from the night shift. Again, I love this place so much and I'm very happy to see they are trying to renovate it and do some changes because I would love to keep coming ❤️🙏

She also gave me 2 when I only ordered 1 to begin with but I was going to let that go until I discovered they were still practically frozen. When I went in to get a refund she tried to tell me she cant give me a refund. She tried to say she'll cook them again but I already received cold food and no longer trust her ability to prepare food. She still continues to deny me a refund and ultimately calls her manager for my $10 refund. She then HANDS ME HER CELL PHONE to to talk to her manager who also attempted to tell me they cant give me a refund and after insisting for the 11th time that they need to give me my money back they FINALLY return my money for their poor product. All of this arguing and back and forth was also right infront of other customers. How incredibly unprofessional can you be?
