    Last visit, I ordered ham and cheese croissant. Took one bite and it tasted of ammonia. Does seem like the quality is slipping at this Dunkin. Getting sloppy. Previous sandwiches have been somewhat poor, too, in recent months. Smell your food and trust your instincts. Hope they step it up.

    The guy screwed up my order. I can something wasn't right. I called him on it. He insisted he was right. I pulled away giving him the benefit of a doubt. It was supposed to be a frozen caramel coffee, I taste chocolate not coffee. Last time I go there

    Very disappointing experience at the drive-thru. I politely asked the employee to make my coffee properly, but he clearly didn’t care and acted like he didn’t want to work at all. I paid almost $6 and received a cup that was barely half full (see photo). This is unacceptable. If an employee hates his job this much, he shouldn’t be working with customers. Management should seriously review this situation. 10:14 pm 01.07.2025
