- ABAanna BobnaJul 14, 20261.0I give this location 0 stars. A few days ago, I ordered 3 scoops of ice cream at the Des Plaines location on Oakton, and the scoops were extremely small. Today, I went to the Dunkin' location in Elk Grove Village and received the large scoops I was used to getting before. The difference was huge. I don't mind paying for 3 scoops, but I expect to receive a fair portion. The Des Plaines Oakton location served much smaller scoops, and it simply wasn't worth the price. I've attached a photo from today's purchase for comparison. I will not be returning to the Oakton location in Des Plaines

My coffee was made wrong this morning it looked like straight up milk, I got an iced coffee with 2 cream, I know what this drink is supposed to look like. I asked if there was only 2 creams because it literally looked like straight up milk and the lady grabbed it out of my hand and I could tell she just dumped half of the coffee out and put more coffee, it tasted extremely watered down I got a medium and only took one sip and threw the rest out. There decaf is not decaf, I can physically feel the caffeine. People order decaf for a reason and I think it’s crazy they give me regular coffee. My drinks never taste right when I come to this location, don’t want to waste my money any longer will not be returning. Think twice before stopping at this Dunkin, there’s one right down the road from this one. If I could give zero stars I would.
