  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at CAVA today! The food was delicious, but what really stood out was the amazing customer service. Allure was absolutely wonderful—friendly, patient, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed. You can tell she genuinely cares about providing a great experience for customers. Thank you, Allure, for making my visit such a pleasant one! Employees like you make a huge difference. CAVA is lucky to have you! ❤️

  I think it’s pretty evident that a lot of previous reviews were staff and friends/family of staff considering the sheer amount of 5 star reviews with lack of explanation or the ones given were over the top. The staff here is sub par-honesty it gives Ed Debevics vibes where they are intentionally rude. I mean I’m proud of all of them for showing up to work but must they all be so bothered? Also the steak was ridiculously chewing-I ordered the steak and harissa (as it comes) the gentlemen who made it, made it with chicken and was annoyed when I corrected his own error. Allure has zero expression or kindness. To top it off my food had hair in it. Do better guys, do better.

  The food is great. The service was even better. Oscar is an awesome hard-working young man he’s gonna be managing the store sooner or later. I hope you guys take good care of him. I would come back just for the service thank you OSCAR. I genuinely mean it that kid is going places talk about excellent customer service.

  disappointed with the customer service today. I placed an online order cost around $100+ but accidentally missed a few toppings. When I picked it up, I asked to buy the missing toppings on the side and would even pay extra. not sure if it was the staff or manager really greedy they completely shut me down with a flat "no" and refused to help, even though I've done this before with no issues. they could’ve really helped me out more like giving out few options what i could do. i usually never had problems with this location and the food is good but i left didn’t say anything back because i didn’t want to cause a scene.

  as a person a Mediterranean background, it’s very rare to find a fast food place that needs the needs and is familiar with my pallet. This Cava 🍔 is amazing. The staff is great especially Aaron the team lead. It was so welcoming and accommodate for us, especially since it was our first time here, I would highly recommend this place for any person looking for a quick Mediterranean meal.
