  Not a review for the restaraunt: This was the unfortunate place a wrestler known to the world as "PAC", Benjamin Satterly, took his last breath on this earthly plane, right before he was leaving to go home to his family on Sunday Sept. 27th afternoon. To some he was known as "The Man that Gravity Forgot!" for his amazing athletic ability in the ring, death defying leaps in the air onto his opponents, or the World's Greatest "Ba$tard" that ever lived, but to many others he was a wonderful & beloved gentleman named Ben! Gravity Forgot him but those that love professional wrestling never will! Fly high........forever!

  I am one of the coaches for the Northern Michigan University Men’s Soccer team, and we recently had an amazing experience at this CAVA location in Des Plaines. When our team is on the road, efficiency is extremely important, and we truly appreciate restaurants that are flexible and willing to work with large groups and unique team needs. Marri, the GM and the entire staff provided exceptional service. We traveled with a group of 28 people and worked directly with Marri to coordinate a pre order for our team. We were able to send an Excel spreadsheet with everyone’s specific individual orders, and the staff had everything prepared, organized, and ready to go by the time we arrived to dine in. This made the entire process incredibly easy and efficient for our team. On top of the outstanding service, the food was high quality, tasted great, and provided a top meal for our players the day before a game. Marri and the entire CAVA team went above and beyond to accommodate our group, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. We are extremely grateful for their hospitality and professionalism and would highly recommend this location to everyone, especially large groups traveling through the area. Thank you again to Marri and the entire staff for taking such great care of our team!

  Had a great experience at CAVA! The food was fresh and delicious, and the customer service made the visit even better. Cashawn and Essi were both super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it and had such positive attitudes. Great service definitely deserves recognition — thank you, Cashawn and Essi! I’ll definitely be back!

  I usually stop by at the Cava closer to me but I was in the area and stopped in for lunch and the experience I had was exceptional. The staff was quick, attentive, and enthusiastic! The whole restaurant was spotless and the food was so fresh and well portioned it had to be one of the best Cava bowls ever conceived. I'm a food reviewer in the Chicagoland area and never do reviews at chain restaurants but this was worth writing about. I talked to the general manager Marri and who I assume was also management John (if he isn't management he definitely deserves to be!) And it was super refreshing to see people care so deeply and be proud of an establishment the way they are! If there's a Cava to visit, it's the Rosemont location.
