  The food was fresh and served hot. Cindy is a skilled and hardworking cook who consistently brings positive energy and appears to genuinely enjoy her work. This Go location has amazing and dedicated staff.

  Bad customer service. The general manager Mohammed was there when I asked for my pick up order and I felt disrespected because he was yelling at me from far on how much longer my order will take.I also heard how he was yelling at his employees in the kitchen. I understand they were an a busy rush hour but there was no help of him because I was only seeing him walk back and forth. Bad customer service I feel bad for the employees that work here. They need a better general manager working in this location.

  I visited on Friday, April 10 in the evening, and had a great experience. There were two young ladies handling the register who were extremely welcoming, always smiling and greeting customers with positive energy. Their customer service really stood out and made the visit enjoyable.The food was also very good—everything was fresh, warm, and prepared well. Overall, the combination of excellent service and quality food made this a visit worth coming back!!!

  I order from Buffalo Wild Wings Go every Monday, usually in the morning, and I consistently have a great experience. There’s a young lady who works in morning always greets me at the door with a warm smile and such respectful, welcoming energy—it really makes a difference. Her customer service stands out every time I come in. On top of that, my food is always fresh, hot, and exactly how I expect it. The consistency is impressive, and it keeps me coming back week after week. It’s clear that the team takes pride in both their service and the quality of the food. Experiences like this are why I choose this location over others. Keep up the amazing work!

  I will NEVER go back to this location. They are unprofessional lack in customer service and laugh at the fact that they forgot food. Two times in 3 weeks they forgot my food and someone in my family didn’t eat. Spoke with manager who was just as unprofessional as her employees. Reading off a script and speaking so fast I could barely speak. Very disappointed for the amount of money we spend there and we get treated like we did not once but twice. The employees here need to be retained in customer service. Never again.
