  I have a special needs son and they treat him with respect every time we come. The food is good. The ambience comforting and the service fast.

  I’m not one to complain but the service and food at this location is not the best. The spicy chicken was super dry and very salty this time. I like getting supergreen salad with the noodles for the base but there wasn’t even any supergreen salad there was just romaine and kale in separate pans. I asked if I could get both but the girl said I could only do the kale as a topping so I said just lettuce then but she gave me both anyway.. weird. I asked what kind of sauces they had towards the end since it’s been a while thinking she’d name them all like a normal person who works in customer service would (I also work in customer service and I am totally judging) but instead points aimlessly ahead and says “it’s on the glass”. I turned around a few times and looked behind me like.. what glass? Where are you even pointing at? Like at least say it’s right in front of me dude or just do your job and name them instead of making me look stupid. Classic gen z attitude with zero enthusiasm. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location and will stick to Schaumburg despite living closer to this one. I was reminded why I don’t come here often.
