I placed an order for a Take-Home Kit through the app just before closing time. Due to a delay, I arrived about five minutes after the store had officially closed. To my surprise, Andy stayed and waited for us, making sure we could still pick up our order. ❤️👏 That level of dedication and care is something you don’t see every day. Not to mention you order ahead way to far in advance and app shows flavors they don't have. I find it extremely odd in today's technology era there is not proper inventory matching or at least the owner selecting what flavors to have listed for their store. And when you give a scoop of ice cream give napkins as well as don't ask me to move to next window when nobody behind me so, I can see you taking an extended amount of time for one scoop or what you did to it.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
