The entire cup was not even filled like it typically is at every other location. Not sure if this was some kind of joke or something, but really disappointing. This has never happened at the other baskin Robbin’s locations. Probably order in person not through uber unless you want to get scammed.

There was only one employee before a second arrived and helped me; this might be due to the pandemic and staffing issues. The first, female employee didnt greet me, or tell me to wait, so theres that. She was busy doing drive through orders so I cant expect her to help right away, but I think thats also how they operate. Anyway, pretty normal buisness, just needs more employees. 3/5

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
