  Best Greek restaurant in the Chicagoland area. Worth a long drive. Staff is awesome.

  It was our first time and it was Amazing! We got the Hummus Trio (spicy, classic, and Eggplant) , Saganaki, and the Stuffed grape leaves. Also tried the Chicken egg soup and Greek Salad tostart! Our favorites were the three different spreads, Saganaki and the Greek Salad. The soup was good but not my favorite i was thinking it was gonna be more of a chix lemon rice but it was definitely a traditional Greek soup. The stuffed grape leaves were ok but the sauce they were in was fabulous! For our main lunch we got the Gyro wrap with there house lemon potatoes. Definitely need to get if you love Gyros and the sauce the potato wedges were in was so delicious I could like the plate! Our last dish was the combo platter with the chix and pork skewers with mixed veggies. This dish was so full of flavor and the skewers were so juicy! Our server was fabulous and so kind. We really loved it and will definitely be back!

  This place is amazing, I'll be going back next time im in DeKalb. Clean, beautifly decorated, staff is very friendly and helpful, food is GREAT. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

  I ordered the gyro Greek salad, and it was absolutely phenomenal! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. It was easily a 10/10. I highly recommend The Flame, and I will definitely be coming back. Great food and a wonderful experience!
