It's people like you, that make this world a better place. I mean that shit too from the bottom of my heart. This company has definitely earned my respect, stay tough everyone! OORAH!

Uber will not fix it so because the person making it misread the label, we are just stuck paying full price for a messed up pizza.
- FFFeeJul 28, 20261.0I’ve been coming to this Papa Johns on and off for years, and every time I try to give this place another chance, something unacceptable happens. Years ago, I stopped ordering because when I called for delivery, I was told they “don’t deliver here,” even though they had delivered to me just a month before. The person on the phone was rude for no reason, so I stopped buying from them for years. Tonight reminded me exactly why. I waited in a long drive‑through line burning gas, only to be told my order needed another 20 minutes. Fine. I parked and waited over 20 minutes. When I came back through the drive‑through, nobody came to the window even after ringing the bell twice. I had to call the store just to get someone to show up. When the employee finally came to the window, he slammed it open, had an attitude, slammed it shut again, and then slammed it once more when handing me my pizza. I understand being short‑staffed, but taking it out on customers is not acceptable. If you tell someone their food will be ready in 20 minutes, it should be ready and if it’s not, at least treat people with basic respect. If this happens again, I won’t be coming back.
