  This McDonald's suck they have the saja boys breakfest meal going on I ordered it on the app and when I got there they told me the box and the collectable was discontinued which is bs because other McDonald's let me get it instead of lying to your customers maybe hire employees with brain cells

  The manager Jocelyn in turn was very rude I just ask for my food in she answered in the bad way we wait for an ice cream cone for 15 minutes

  As we're in the drive thru trying to order our food this young lady was very rude all cause she couldn't hear i guess we also asked to talk to the manager and he was rude too and didn't do anything and after all that still got our order wrong I have picture of it

  Use app frequently, this facility is pickup for my area. No issues to date, friendly staff product presentation done well. Went to drive thru 17APR, to experience the worst customer experience ever. Male on speaker sounded like he had mouth full of food, could NOT understand him and asking to verify I was met with grunt sounds. Never gave total, paying cash I wanted that to be ready to pay. Gave my money , girl was very nice. Get my food and literally burger not wrapped in bag, burger wrapper had many spilled fries and no napkins. Not sure why order taker has a job and I’ve worked McDonald’s—no clue at all how a burger gets unwrapped in bag on its own. No more drive thru and hopefully no more issues. There are enough businesses in area to eat , nobody needs to pay for the hassle. Do better McDonalds.
