  They're nice but they forgot cucumbers on my Turkey Tom. The sandwich was pretty sad looking and thin overall. Im assuming that's a decision made by corporate. I was starving so I didn't bother them about it. But Id suggest Jersey Mike's next time you're craving a sandwich.

  Terrible drive thru pickup experience! I received 2 pcs of meat on a regular turkey tom, and when I went back to this location to try to get the issue resolved, the manager was upset, rude and had terrible customer service.

  Weird head of store you guys got there. Telling lies for one, hanging up in peoples face when they have questions about the money their owed, constant attitude. Every other Jimmy John’s I’ve been to seems to have spectacular people with good attitude for bosses.

  Ordering $37 worth of food to be told they don’t take $50 notes and was was told to go to different company for change. I said it’s okay I’ll just order from another location and said have a good night. Short hefty lady with glasses and red shirt proceeds to laugh as I’m walking away and says “like we care if we lose out”. I’m writing this from a different jimmy johns location twenty minutes away where they don’t have a policy against giving out $13 in change. That lady at this location needs to keep her comments to herself or atleast wait till the customer is outside the building and to also read up on company policy and not make up her own since she is only an Employee not the owner
