    Do NOT order delivery from this location. They will use Uber drivers without your consent and when Uber doesn't deliver your food, they will not refund your order and tell you to call Uber. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with Uber for them to tell me they cannot refund my order because they don't have payment information and I need to contact Jimmy John's. The manager says they cannot help me or refund my order. Absolute garbage!

    I always get a toasted Blt and They didn’t hear me say toasted so when they were at the end they had to toast it, but they acted like it was such a hassle and I was intruding their time, then I opened it and it was burnt which my mom can’t eat because of her teeth so I went back and they told me they can’t do anything about it and they weren’t gonna remake it. Then told me if I wanted to talk to a manager he was right behind them while they laughed in my face. I was fed up and asked for a refund and they finally called a real manager to give me my ten dollars back.

    They had the music up loud in there, they were not paying attention they made my sandwich wrong and they forgot my sauce.

    It's not very "freaky fast" when you order your food and then you wait a half an hour to forty five minutes for an uber driver to eventually bring you a partial order. If delivery is going to be buy an Uber driver, you should have the option to cancel your order. Most of the regular drivers are very polite, professional, and on time. Zero complaints. There must be a black market somewhere for oatmeal raisin cookies, because I only get mine about half the time. Other than hit or miss service and partial orders.You guys are doing great!
