  Accidentally placed order for a different location, was told by staff there was nothing they could do to help and there's no way to cancel in the app.

  Got 2 bowls, one chicken and one barbacoa. 36$ for 2 bowls is crazy first of all but whatever. It’s fine, corporate greed what else can you expect but whatever really topped it off was after my 30 minute drive home… no lettuce like I asked for on my bowl! If you expect me to pay those prices, then I expect you to put on the ingredients that I asked for. It’s actually pretty simple. So when someone says I’ll take some lettuce please! Maybe put the lettuce on the bowl. And on top of that, I have a whole chunk of barbacoa that’s all fat. This is completely unacceptable from a place that claims they serve food with integrity.

  This evening I stopped by after the gym. Needed some quick protein. Well, this was by far the messiest chipotle that I’ve been too. The staff tonight was getting ready to close shop at 8pm. Still a couple more hours to go.. anywho, the whole station was coated and covered with old food droppings. I’m talk about every ingredient that could possibly be served. You could also tell that this particular group does not wipe down after every spill. Crusty, old, crisp rice around the whole bin. Bean platter all over. Straight cross contamination and lack of cleanliness. On top of that. There Guac was completely empty and the female still served me the scrapes that were left at the bottom. ONTOP OF THAT, when It was time to pay, she accidentally dropped a spoonful of my chicken and Guac from the bowl and didn’t even replenish it. I had to ask her to pls add more after what occurred. Lastly, after paying, I went to get silverware etc. well, it was no where to be found. I finally looked around and noticed that everything at the station was placed on other dining tables. Absolutely ridiculous. 8pm can be a very busy time around here and it is absolutely unacceptable to be closing shop this early. These evening/closing shift members seriously need a pep talk.
