  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Shout out to Jess for working until close this evening and providing absolutely incredible customer service! 🤩 I was doing a "Shop n' Pay" order using the Uber app, and she was kind enough to go above and beyond to help me figure out whether the organic blueberries were in stock for the customer. To make things even better, I accidentally left my cell phone in the grocery cart, and she noticed it and caught it for me before I left! 📱💨 What an absolute lifesaver! Thank you so much, Jess! 🤩🙌

  I feel like they are always understaffed. If you need help you need to go to the cashiers for it. I was there this week and asked the 2 workers for a product and both of them didn’t know where it was and laughed like “you can go look for yourself”, when I was showing that on the website it said available at the store. I just called the store to ask a question regarding the catering service and the person on the line didn’t even wait for me to finish my sentence and said “you are going to have to call back because I won’t be here in the morning”. How does that have anything to do with answering a question? I tried finishing my question and he kept saying “I won’t be here, do you understand?”, so I just gave up and hung up. It’s frustrating when you feel rejected just by wanting to give a chance for the store. If you praise costumer service, maybe this is not the store for you.

  I got overcharged on 2 items and was refused to be given the sale price when there was a giant sticker on the sushi.

  Checked Pokemon machine, it was tampered with and credit card was cut in half and stuck into the machine to prevent anyone else from buying it. There was a worker was staring at me the whole time. I walked over and asked if they sell tweezers, he said "if you try and take the card out, I will kick you out". I didn't even say anything about taking the card out from the machine, which gives me good reason this guy is the one tampering with the machine. I wanted to be a good samiritan and fix the machine because I know what was wrong with it, there's somebody greedy out there hoarding everything for themselves, but I was threatened instead. Gives me good reason to believe that this guy was the one who is tampering with the machine in the first place. I've submitted a ticket to the website to get this machine removed. Didn't catch the worker's name, but it was a larger guy with greasey hair and he was behind customer service. Super simple fix, something fishy's going on here and I'd bet this guy has something to do with it, won't be taking my business to this location ever again til the corruption is gone.
