  Worst portions ever. I’ve been to this location multiple times and the portion sizes are consistently getting smaller. What’s more frustrating is the attitude from some employees when you politely ask about the portions. Between the small portions and poor customer service, this location has become disappointing to visit. I will never recommend this location as well.

  When Guzman and Gomez opened across the street, we tried it and never went back to Chipotle. Now that G&G is closed, we tried again. Nope. When we walked up to the counter, there were no customers there. Three workers leaning against the back counter stared at us until one finally came over. He said absolutely nothing and just waited. Portions were adequate, but when we took too long to decide on something, he walked away. The soda machine was out of order, the chips were stale, the tables were dirty, many tables in the back had chairs on top, and one table had boxes and bottles of cleaning fluid piled on top. It was a reminder of why we were so willing to try something new.

  Every table is filthy. The floor is so dirty that it's slippery. The service is very rude. There is offensive music blasting from the kitchen. I've never been to a Chipotle this gross in 20+ years as a customer. I didn't even finish my food.

  It’s chipotle, so you know the food. But they ran out of tortillas, gave us brown guac and stale chips. I’d say it was a rough day for them, but this is par for the course at this location. Online orders get skimped. Things generally take longer. It works, but I didn’t expect them to

  This Chipotle needs to be shut down. There is no management nor adult supervision here. I will be reporting this location to corporate. The staff members are consistently rude & cold to customers, the place is consistently dirty, and worst of all, they are never on top of keeping all the meats hot or available. The barbacoa was all gone today, and they said it would be 1-2 hours before they made more. The other night, the barbacoa that they DID have was cold. There is nothing about this location that is being done properly. Thank God that we have Tlacoyo Mexican Grill right across the street, which is a million zillion trillion times better than this Chipotle. They do it right over there.
