You have to find an employee and ask them to bring it out instead of simply picking it up from the shelf. What’s the point of marking an order as ready if it’s not actually ready for pickup? This location has a very strange and disorganized pickup system.

They are so slow and not over person is ever friendly. Some of the guys behind counter are on their phone. Worst location I've been to.
- JSJackson SmythAug 17, 20261.0Not an exaggeration when I write that this is the most hostile staff of any fast-food restaurant that I have been to. Look at the recent reviews over the past 5 months, and that is all you need to know about this restaurant since nothing has seemingly changed. The young man that served me was the same young man that got into an argument about his hostile attitude a few weeks back with an elderly lady. This time around, when I asked for a side of taco tortillas for my bowl and recognized that he had started packing a burrito tortilla instead, a polite correction from me sent him into a state of disgust. He flung (no joke) the tortilla into the garbage and rolled his eyes at me, then continued to give me the smallest portion size I’ve seen for a bowl (photo attached). Instead of packing up the tortillas properly, he just purposefully crumpled them into the tin foil out of anger. How has nothing changed for months, even though every review is saying the same exact thing: hostile staff? Will not go back to this chipotle. Similar to other reviewers, I almost never leave reviews, but it has been such a negative experience over numerous occasions, that I feel the need to leave this review.
