  I don’t know what is happening at this location, but the last few months, they are NEVER freaky fast like other locations. Even pickup orders I have to wait for. Another thing which is rather disgusting, the young male employee is holding a fly swatter and attempting to smack a fly in the food prep areas. There is NO sense of urgency at this location . Today, 4 employees that I saw and my 1 sandwich wasn’t ready for pickup 10 min after placing order, and waiting around another 10 min in store. Another customer waiting for his 1 sandwich. Will never go to this location again, I’ll drive the extra 10-15 min.

  New review This place is the worst. Place a delivery order. Call about an hour later to be told they are very busy and haven't gotten to my order yet. Talked with a manager, got a full refund and drove and picked up my food (5 minute drive) get there to find ther are No customers there at all not inside or in the drive thru. The reason for my refund on the receipt says void wrong address lol. Real reason for my refund is this place was to lazy to the their jobs. Previous review Employees need to read the orders! This is the second time I have order the ham and cheese melt and added lettuce, crispy onions and vinegar and oil. And all I received was the ham and chesse nothing that I asked to be added. My husband ordered the chicken bacon ranch, hardly any chicken in it at all and it had horseradish sauce instead of ranch. This is absolutely ridiculous
