First time here. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. Simple. They didn't ask what flavor bagel, did I want it toasted, what flavor cream cheese. $8 I asked at window..."do I get a choice of flavors?" "OH yes" they answer. Then they proceed to give what they choose to fix me. I give them my order. Then they say "we don't have that flavor cream cheese" so I regretfully take the plain bagel with plain cream cheese. When I finally get a chance to eat it as I'm already late for work.....it's Not even toasted !!!!

Probably the worst Duncan experience EVERY SINGLE TIME. Have tried to give them multiple tries but every time all the staff does is play with drinks, play with food and especially service. Wouldn’t recommend this location to ANYONE. Go ANYWHERE else in town. All the staff does is play around with everything around them. Sad and ridiculous.

Be careful. I always go to this location. I never had an issue except for this morning. I'm still trying to understand what really took place because you know how you have to go around the building to get to the drive-thru. Well that's what I did but the car in front of me didn't and neither did the car behind me which is whatever I had time. I wasn't in a rush but the car that was behind me was doing a three-point turn as I came around and I had room to go but instead of being able to go the car moved forward and actually blocked me and the person in the car started laughing and asked me "What I'm going to do about it?" . I felt afraid with everything that goes on in this world with trafficking it was not a good situation to be put in. The car was red sports car with Florida plates. This was on 8/7 around 6:35/6:40am please be careful. I let the staff know but they didn't seem to care.
