  We went 2 hours before closing and they were out of queso, white and brown rice, and tomatoes. Nobody in there knew what they were doing. Awful customer service. There were three workers who didn’t speak to us and when someone finally took our order, they were speaking to where we couldn’t hear or understand him. One of us couldn’t get the sides we wanted because they were out and they made us take the up-charge for chicken.

  Chips are too salty, pretty much inedible, burrito hardly had any meat, queso was lumpy and weird.

  As bad as I enjoy chipotle food, I do not enjoy walking into the most filthiest restaurant in town. I have never seen something so tore up And dirty before every table needs cleaned Especially the food serving table they don’t seem to sweep the floors into the very end of the night. No trash was taken out some of the employees hair wasn’t put back. It looks like they have never wiped down the windows before. I just don’t understand how hard it is to keep a facility clean when you have such a large team they gotta do better on the atmosphere of cleaning new management something I don’t know. But I won’t be back until something is done about this and I’m surprised you guys keep on going

  Place always has dirty tables and no one wants to dine in. The burritos are good but they charge the unexpected customer cheese and guacamole... making the purchase at least +$10 higher.. when you leave you feel full but the sour notes in your mouth that you just paid 24 dollars for a burrito/drink when you could of went to TB for much less..

  Wow. This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Slow service, rude attitude, and just not a great experience. Yes, the food was good, but we waited to get served for almost 10-15 minutes while the workers goofed off before serving us. I want to come back because I love Chipotle but it might be a while before coming back while these issues get fixed. The only nice person was this elderly gentleman who was very kind to my friends. Please fix this.
