    Was just ordered from the drive thru maybe a half hour ago...after waiting an extra 10 min they still managed to miss my Arby's pecan chicken salad sandwich...yes its in my ticket so I did order it someone just doesn't know how to do there job

    Literally found a finger nail or a chipped nail in my drink! SO GROSS!! didn’t take the lid off until I seen something pink floating in my drink! Cmon now, does nobody wear gloves???
