  I ordered a large matcha and a caramel latte with extra caramel drizzle. When my order was prepared, I was given a matcha with caramel drizzle instead of the two drinks I had ordered. I brought this to the staff's attention, and they took the drink back and returned with what was supposed to be a new one. However, the replacement still had a noticeable caramel flavor, making it clear that it was not freshly prepared. It appeared that the original drink was simply poured into a new cup rather than remade. This was disappointing, as I expected the issue to be corrected by preparing a fresh drink. Is this the level of customer service your customers should expect?
