Ordered the tony’s choice as is and paid an additional charge for extra meat. The sandwich was completely soaked in oil. I attempted using paper towels to absorb the soggy bread however there was no saving it - it was not eatable. Then I wondered to myself, where is the meat? There wasn’t even one full slice of meat on the sandwich but merely slivers of cold cuts. Who knows what the sandwich would look like without paying extra. It’s disrespectful to charge a customer $15 for oil soaked soggy bread with scrap lunch meat.

Maybe the bread wasn’t fresh, the meat tasted processed, or the quality just wasn’t consistent. Tony & Tina’s Deli is the first place that has truly become my go-to. They actually carve their turkey daily so it doesn’t taste like over-the-counter deli meat I absolutely love their subs, especially the Brayden. I always order the large, and it’s packed with so much fresh meat that I can give a generous portion of the turkey to my toddler as a snack and still have a full sandwich left for myself. That’s saying something! Their potato salad is also outstanding. It tastes homemade, not like something scooped out of a mass-produced container. It’s exactly the kind of potato salad you picture enjoying on a hot summer day. What really sets Tony & Tina’s apart is the customer service. The owners genuinely care about their customers. I’ve only had one issue, and it wasn’t even their fault. It was a delivery service problem. They personally responded and made sure everything was handled professionally and promptly. If you haven’t been there yet, give them a try. Grab a sandwich, check out the desserts, and if you’re feeling lucky, they even have gaming machines. If you’re busy and work from home like I do, their app makes ordering incredibly easy. Tony & Tina’s has earned a customer for life!
