  I order from this location in a regular basis, and they were reliable for a long time. Over the last few months, I order within the same few minutes and delivery is all over the place. Sometimes it’s out for delivery in ten minutes, sometimes over half an hour, sometimes they pass the buck to Uber Eats which then takes an additional half hour. People order lunch on their scheduled work breaks, it’s really frustrating to have it so unreliable.

  We visited this store for lunch with our family. There were quite a few customers dining inside, and the staff members were all very friendly. The restaurant was also exceptionally clean and well-maintained overall. I ordered the “Ham & Triple Cheese” sandwich, and it tasted much better than the versions I had previously tried in Korea and Thailand. Other family members ordered different menu items as well, and everyone seemed very satisfied with their meals. ^^ I noticed that this location has received many negative reviews, but at least during our visit, we did not experience anything unpleasant. Although the staff appeared very busy, they all seemed to be doing their best in their respective roles.

  Took almost a hour to deliver when the location I was at was about 5 minutes away. The driver didn’t even apologize it took almost an hour when they’re supposed to be “freaky fast”

  Fast, fresh, and exactly what you expect from Jimmy John's. Bread is always good and the sandwiches come out in no time. Reliable lunch spot when you're in a hurry!

  Hands down the best location! Customized my sandwich and they made it exactly how I ordered it. It was made fresh and hit the spot. I really appreciate the attention to detail.
