  Most times I visit this location, I see some employee getting yelled at. I feel bad for the employees. I waited 30 minutes in line today to pay for groceries since there was only one checkout line open & no bagger. While waiting, everyone in line watched an older white woman manager just brutally berating what looked like a Latino woman. Another worker was in tears. Regardless of what happened, the manager was obviously way out of line & made everyone uncomfortable 👎.

  Their bakery personnel always have an attitude. And sometimes so rude. Encountered that attitude several times upon ordering custom made cakes. Not coming to them for bakery ever again!

  Disaster on Mothers Day The average 17 year old boy weighs about 150 pounds, thats about 7x10^27 atoms in the body. Even if the word unsatisfied was written on each of those atoms it would not even begin to describe the frustration I feel towards this place right now. In my culture it is Mother's Day and as any loving son I went to pick out some flowers for my mother after I finished work. I got there around 8:30 and when I finished picking out the flowers I went to the florist so she can wrap them up in a bouquet and she proceeded by responding that the company has kept her here and she was supposed to be out by 3pm and proceeded by saying I can either put them back or do it myself. I proposed an offer to the lady saying if she helped me wrap up the flowers for my mom I would try and help her with the work she had to do for an hour and she refused. Determined I decided that I would try and wrap them up myself. When I thought it was all done I went home and presented them to my mom. Instead of her jumping with joy and happy I got a disappointed look followed by the question of how much I spent. When I told her, instead of saying it was good she said it was falling apart and that I shouldn't have done this alone. If the florist had done her job and not left a 17 year old boy to wrap them up himself I would've gotten a much different reaction overall ZERO STARS... (in the photo attached you can see flowers that have fallen off their stems and a flower where one of the leaves is practically falling apart)
