The manager working this morning should be reprimanded by her boss for the way she speaks to customers. I get we all have bad days but her attitude problem was a mile long and needs to be retrained on how to treat people. She was unpleasant and unprofessional and I hope everyone thinks twice about going to this specific location. There are two other Dunkin's right by this location and I will no longer be coming to this one.
