  They mixed up the order. 9 workers were just standing around. Not impressed at all.

  Are you ordering more than a fountain drink? Be ready to wait a random amount of time for your order. Is it going to be quick? Is it going to take upwards of 30 minutes? Will it even be warm by the time that 30 minutes is up? Nobody knows! Missing an item in your order? You're welcome to ask for it if you want to take another shot at how long you'll be waiting for that to come to you while the other food is also cooling down. Are they short staffed or just mismanaged? Probably both. Either way the one up the road is better.

  Me and my partner always comes to this location and even though they smash and throw the food in the bag we keep going but tonight was crazy. I spent $70 and they forgot HALF OF THE ORDER!!!!! This is nuts they always forget something but HALF of an $70 order come on. And it wasn’t busy btw. The workers just sat down lazy watching and gossiping about the customers.

  I came in to the drive thru from a trip right off the interstate. Was super excited to get food. Apparently I rolled up right when they open because I said “I’m so sorry, the screen isn’t working.. do you guys have boxes?” The drive thru associate immediately cut me off and said “ACTUALLY IT DOES WORK… we just open at 9 o clock on. the. dot.” I looked and saw it was 9 and said I’m sorry and rolled on by. We got tacobell at a restaurant down a ways that likes money and has good service standards.

  Absolutely. A wonderful crew on this Thursday night shift, just after 12:30 in the morning, I've been through a lot, I just got off of a late night shift, and I'm new to the area. It was certainly a wonderful, warm, welcoming, positive and happy vibes. And the food made like it was made with love. What a great team you have working here tonight? Kudos. To the entire staff, I've been AGM in management for years. I'd be proud to have this team working for me. Thank you so much for making my night a little easier, you guys are amazing.
