- ACAlexis CoonOct 5, 20261.0Everytime I order black coffee they take it upon themselves to add sugar and creamer. If I’m ordering it black I want it black. I’m tired of asking them to stop doing this. This has been an issue for more than a year. I’m done asking and they’ve officially lost a customer. I mean I feel like they are doing it purposely because I’ve asked several times for it to stop. I don’t like sugar or creamer, none of that. That’s why I order black but they just assume I put it in wrong, every time I order, I request BLACK coffee, but they still add whatever they want. My ticket literally says black coffee and my coffee is WHITE.

We ordered 1 large pumpkin latte and 1 m tarismu shaken espresso with almond milk. They gave us 2 mediums and the tarismu was only half full. If a customer pays for the drink please dont half fill it up
