  Absolutely love Wednesday Night AYKE Shrimp! Oyster are excellent too!! Busy but well worth it! Prime rib that melts in your mouth!! Loads of homemade bread!! WOW

  Ok so I no all these fast food joints are run by kids bit come on I paid 11 for a market fresh sandwich while on my lunch break I open it and #1 its not cut which makes hard to eat on break #2 the meat didn't even cover the bread then as I pick it up the rest of the meats is under the sandwich n was a Dame mess it fell apart n kuz im on break I dont have time to go back n complain but comon yall acting like Popeyes right now

  I'm from Texas 1st time to this Arby's in Illinois. The guy (cashier) was very friendly and hospital. We took our food to go, but the Arby's roast beef was really good. I got the double portion of beef though and with their BBQ sauce, it was really delicious 😋

  Dear Arby's, I would like to report a serious problem at the North Danville Arby's: Preston has completely ruined every other Arby's for me. I live closer to the Covington, Indiana Arby's and the South Gilbert Street Danville Arby's, yet I willingly burn extra gas money and drive farther just to be greeted by Preston. At this point, I should probably send him my fuel receipts with how expensive gas is. Lol jk I order a specialty sandwich that apparently causes confusion everywhere else. At some locations, I feel like I've just asked them to solve a complex math equation, translate ancient hieroglyphics, and build a spaceship before lunch. The looks I get make me wonder if I've accidentally committed a crime by ordering it. Then there's Preston. No dirty looks. No sighs. No making me feel like I'm ruining someone's day. He just treats my family like normal human beings and takes the order with a smile. It's a shocking concept, really. My family actually feels comfortable ordering when he's there. That's such a rare experience that we've become loyal customers of one specific Arby's because of one specific employee. If Arby's ever creates a "Professional Sandwich Hero of the Year" award, I'd like to nominate Preston. Give him a raise, a trophy, a parking spot, or at least an unlimited supply of curly fries. Thank you, Preston, for proving that customer service still exists and for making us feel welcome every single visit.
