- MMMJMay 13, 20265.0We came here for Mother’s Day and had a wonderful experience. Even though it was a holiday, the service was excellent and the food was amazing. It was the perfect atmosphere for a family meal. Highly recommend the Crystal Lake location for anyone looking for a great time and a reliable meal!

- SLScott LichnerApr 15, 20261.0A group order was placed for a business lunch, and although the order was submitted, accepted, and reconfirmed by Outback Steakhouse (as well as a status of “Order is on track” and “will be ready soon”), nothing was prepared or ready upon arrival, and a sign on the door said not open until 3pm. This was highly inconvenient for those expecting a lunch, as well as for the individual who placed and drove to pick to the order. Very unprofessional - will definitely not be ordering from again in the future.

- ARAnne RuffattiApr 6, 20261.0I had the worst meal ever. Multiple times I have gotten the twin tail lobsters with sweet potato and asparagus. One of the tails was 2 inches long. The other was 3 inches long and extremely rubbery. The asparagus was overcooked mush and stringy. I wish I had taken pictures. I was too absorbed in the final four games at the time.I’ll go back to Texas roadhouse and get salmon instead. Not worth a $50 dinner for minuscule size lobster tails. Never again.
