  Walked in on a Mon late morning with my refillable DD tumbler. Only 2 workers in the entire place, both working the drive-thru. One was taking the orders and the other filling them. I stood there for a long time before the young lady told me she'd be with me as soon as she could. I understood - obviously not her fault. Why this location only had 2 workers for the entire place is crazy, especially on a Mon morning. She was finally able to run over to me and I asked for an iced coffee in my refillable tumbler. She said they didn't do refills. I was shocked and asked why not, as I get them all the time at the location by my house. She said she didn't know but that she had to follow the rules. Again, understood on her part. So I got my iced coffee and paid double for a smaller size than my refillable tumbler. Will never patronize this location again.

  This Dunkin donut overcharges on drinks. You can go to the one on 14 in Crystal lake and pay almost $2 cheaper on drinks. Price gouging!! There was a drink for $7.84 I got the same exact drink the day after at RT 14 and paid $5.84.

  Love this Dunkin’! They deserve all their flowers and are always on my point in my opinion. I stop here on my morning commute to work, which is usually a couple times a week. I used the mobile app, and they always seem to have my order ready once I pull around to the window - or very quickly after. They’re always so friendly & kind, not skimpy with the toppings/extras, and they don’t mess up my orders! Thank you guys for being such a solid destination in my morning commute that I can count on!

  Terrible service, they never have any donuts. Pretty much all the Dunkin' Donuts are like this. But this one is terrible. Donuts are old and crusty. Never fresh. The people working there are nasty.
