Then I asked for an extra shot of espresso that I would pay for so they wouldn’t re make the whole drink and the ladies said you have to go around and wait in line. The customer service here sucks. Be better people come to get service not treated.

Today, i had a reward and wanted to pay with the app. When they scanned my app, the money came off my balance but did not show it went through on their end. The nice girls in the drive through were going to give me my food anyway, until the district manager stepped in and told me to come inside and she would help me troubleshoot. No, I'm on my way to an appointment and i have 4 kids in the car. When i explained what happened, she stopped an employee from handing me what I had ordered. She told me to call corporate to get my money back since it had been taken off the app. (For the record, this wasn't $5. It was $35). When i tried to call, the number went no where. There's no working corporate phone number or email. To top it off, I called the store to try to get a good phone number and she proceeded to argue with me for over ten minutes about how she could "help". Well, helping would've been to give me what I had ordered, taken the loss as an establishment and work it out with corporate later. I don't ask for free things, especially as a GM in the food industry.The money came off of my account. It was paid for. At the end of the interaction she ASSURED me she would get it sorted out. I asked for the franchisees number, a good corporate number, app support- i got nothing. She wasn't rude per se, but you could hear the condescension building every time i repeated myself. Well it's now 8pm, I've heard nothing from her & the money is still not back in my account. I've written positive reviews for this location before because the everyday employees are always so kind & helpful, even when in a rush. One bad experience has never caused me to write a review before today. Leadership is everything in a business, and having to comp a $30 order in the event it didn't eventually go through would not be the end of the world for Dunkin' Donuts. The money isn't coming out of your pocket, Christina. How embarrassing for this establishment and the MOD who was taking care of it before the DM stepped in.
