- ECElidia ChavezMay 12, 20261.0If it was for me I would give 0 stars on this location I went today I got 2 milk shakes and while she was doing the milkshakes with the same gloves she was preparing the drinks she sanitized the area and still used the same gloves to get more ice cream and put a lid on my drinks!!!
- MMMadsMay 6, 20261.0Drinks are extremely inconsistent. If you enjoyed a drink from this location just know that it cannot be recreated. I’m just not sure how this is possible when I’m pretty sure they just press buttons on a machine to make the coffee. The cold brew tastes like water with absolutely 0 coffee flavor and the lattes or iced coffees are always the most unappealing muddy water color. The Algonquin location doesn’t seem to have these same issues, I don’t get it.

The past few times I've ordered hot coffee and received iced coffee. This time I just took it as for it not to go to waste. It does not even taste like coffee. It tastes like water with french vanilla flavor and a bonus of black stuff in the bottom of the cup. I also ordered a bagel with extra cream cheese. I asked twice to verify they heard extra cream cheese.....NOPE Didn't matter anyway, as the bagel was so hard and stale I could not even bite into it. Into the trash it all went.

- MBMike BarnesApr 18, 20262.0I've been going to this Dunkin Donuts for the past three years or so. Service and quality used to be great but has really declined in the past 6-9 months. For whatever reason, it now seems to be impossible for them to make coffee without dumping coffee grounds in the pot. I added some pictures and on some there's like a teaspoon of grounds in the cup. This happens probably 70% of the time now. Come on you guys. This is easy stuff. Please?
